Gents

This is the second time I've posted as I didn't have much luck previously.

I've purchased some Barry Walker brake linings and I need them fitted. My levers are no longer in the optimal position. The brakes are therefore poor. Do the linings have to be fettled to the drum or can they bed in naturally?

Is there anyone in the London area who's competent enough to perform this task?

I'm not in a position where I reside to do the job due to basic restrictions.
