Colin,

Yes, the spokes are butted at the centre of the wheel for strength.

I spoke to them this morning about 'Owners Club discount'. They are reluctant to officially offer one as they may be seen to undercutting the traders that they supply. However they told me that if anyone was to cheeky enough to ask they could expect 5-10% off. Perhaps we should add this to our suppliers section?

Wouldn't give me any discount when I wanted a set of new wheels because I didn't have any "company headed paper"or business card to prove I was an official business!! Wouldn't even accept a copy of a yearbook advert . So my business went elsewhere!

Ah - sorry to hear that Ollie. It was Craig that I spoke to and he gave me permission to say as much on this forum.
Luck on the day perhaps? Would be interesting to see what's offered when it's put to the test.
