while at local show in my F type I was approached by a man who said he owned J2 a long time ago all he has is one photo of it [but not with him ] its not on the current register but perhaps chassis no is on record. |

Unfortunately we have no record of that registration number, so cannot trace it to a chassis number, registration numbers are not always recorded,

correction to registration after going home and looking at the photo the gent informs me the reg No is UG 8871 last recorded owner the late Mike Ellis, where is it now? Terry W. |

It indeed is J2022. I don't have the current ownership details, but its sister car J2023 lives only about 10 miles from me here in the US.

UG8871 Thanks for the information I have passed on the info to the previous owner who said if it ever came up for sale he would be interested in buying it although I would think there would be afew noughts added to the figure he sold it for in the fifties, Terry W. |
