I must give a big hooray to Mike and Jamie Dowley for their excellent and amazing service.
I had ordered a few parts for PA1169 to try to solve a noisy engine. I received all except a new crankshaft skew gear within 3 days of my order. (That's to me here in the middle of the US.)
Mike let me know that the skew gear was backordered and could be several weeks before they came in from the manufacturer. But he said he would let me know when they arrived.
I received an email on Monday telling me they had arrived. Monday night I sent off funds.
Here, a mere TWO DAYS later, the DHL truck arrived bearing the precious gear.
I don't think any supplier, even those here in the US, could have gotten the part here any quicker.
So HOORAY and a big THANK YOU to the boys at S&V!!
