Tom, great to see you've actually found a car! I have a very old bonnet strap although at present I'm not quite sure where. If I find it in the next couple of days I'll email you in which case you may (or may not!!) care to join the Ringmer Multi Marques at The Green Man, Ringmer this Tuesday from about 8pm on, when you would be able to see before deciding.
You are of course very welcome to join us all at the pub anyway although at this time of the year I doubt you will see any old cars; we will just be meeting, with wives and girl friends, for a natter. From about April on we will meet at the pub, on the second Tuesday, around 7 pm before driving on some devious route to another pub.

Well with the combined fire power of a number of the Triple M members who all have been amazingly helpful and have all put their 10 pence and a lot more into looking at photos and answering my increasingly anally retentive questions I went for J2013...!
A beautiful car ( if I may say so ) and one that looked so much better in the flesh than in the photos. I'm driving it back on Thursday ( with no hood...). Some people might just say that that is stupid...! |
