Dear Forum:
Was looking on Car and Classic website as you do.
Found a new F Type (to me).
Little identification details; so do we know this car and it's history.(if any)
The price is eye watering!
All the best.

I have asked for the chassis number but no response. Apparently the car was known to S&V, don't know if they can throw any light on it?

Cheers

I have also noted this car - the price is in my opinion way too high even though it has a crankshaft driven Marshall J100 and ENV75 pre-select box.

As sub-Registrar for the F types I would also like to have details of the identity.

So it is an F with a "K3 driveline" and a steering box as used by MG on les Mans cars.
The add almost seems stranger than the asking price

Thanks Oliver for the chassis number - I thought the spec looked familiar, I now recall seeing the car advertised by Barry!

I note the car has an N type engine.

There is an F type Salonette currently advertised on www.prewarcar.com - the Registration RY 9812 does not appear in the Register. Any ideas as to the identity?

Thanks again Oliver for your reply and email.

The car is indeed F0316, the records show the original Registration number was TM 9731 - pity someone appears to have sold this and applied for the age related RY 9812?

The car was previously advertised for sale earlier this year.
