Has anybody the mechanism for the badge on the front scuttle ?

Andrew,
The new front apron supplied by Steve Gilbert has this arrangement for the crank handle hinged cover to which the MG badge is fitted:

My L type ones are a bit more elaborate with a reinforcement and a locking device dimple in the apron part and a hole in the flap.
