You have just saved me the job of scanning the Mk11 manual, I have done the parts list but the page numbering is not sequential but the book does not look as if has been tampered with.

No problem, Ross. I acquired these manuals some years ago and happy to make them available. I also have them for the S,V and W models but these have - whisper it - pushrods, so not really suitable for this website
