| Those MMM racers who made the trip to Zandvoort this year will no doubt be pleased to hear that a return match is being organized ( by the VSCC ) for 2018 . The date for your diary is July 7/8 . Yes I know it clashes with Classic Le Mans , but there we are . It is a wonderful circuit , a super event , and a lovely setting - where else can you go to a sandy beach for a swim in the sea after qualifying and before the race ? If interested , please can you let me know soonest , so that slots can be booked in what could be an oversubscribed event. I can also answer questions about ferries , accommodation , strange food etc , as I am sure t'others that did the event this year will be pleased to do . An International Race Licence is not needed , just a National 'B', but it is for Sports Cars - so please put back the wings and light , Thijs de Groot ! |

| Yes it was rather a good do Fred(even from a non competing view) , great Dutch beer(though this seemed to slow down Duncan's appearance from his accommodation on Saturday morning) , great food , relaxed atmosphere and above all great company. Please will you keep us informed of developments. I might even venture across with a car if I can find time! Thanks,Oliver |
