I recently purchased a lathe ..... using experience from the forum I used Mr John Gatehouse to move it from Derby to Hastings. I would recommend he is added to our “Suppliers” list. He was most helpful and is able to move pretty well all machinery etc up to 10 tonnes in weight.

He is based in Bury St Edmunds but delivers machinery country wide.

I too used him about a year ago to move my lathe, and would also highly recommend him.
