Does anyone have a J2 float chamber lid (T1 with tickler pin) they are prepared to sell?

A previous owner fitted a wrong-sided (LH) lid on one of my carburettors - they should both be the same (RH). The copper pipework doesn't fit with mismatched lids.

I will try to attach a photo of what I am looking for, below

Thank you in advance

Nigel, I believe your example although correctly handed is a later type. The originals (so far as I can tell) are like this.

I went through the same process of trying to find the right ones but gave up and ordered two new ones (in the original style) from Burlen. Part number AUE 993. The overflow pipes were AUC 3201.

This was the previous thread.

But you might still be lucky.

Thanks for the information Sam.

I would be happy with the later type provided it has the tickler pin.

Anyone?

Nigel, this one is on eBay at the moment, but you will need to add the tickler etc.

The bulbous ended ones are the correct ones for the J2, also, fitted to Morris 8s if this helps
