Hello Henk
Welcome to the Forum which is the source of much information on our special cars.
I know Dick Morby, Registrar for P types, will be in touch with you.
The factory file shows the car was delivered by Heard Bros of Bideford, Devon, to Mrs D O Codner, Torquay, Devon on 20th April 1935. Registration BTT 586, engine number 2243 AP, colour black with red upholstery. It was a 2 seater.

In the 1967 Kelly's directory for Torquay there was a Major Thomas D. O. Codner at Odicknoll Farm, Edginswell Lane, Edginswell, between Torquay and Newton Abbot, and now very close to the new dual carriageway into Torquay!
