For information, I have just found out that John Hutchison is no longer working at the MG Car Club. One of John's roles was to process the requests to the DVLA for registration number allocation.
Unfortunately it seems that a couple I've sent to him in November and December have gone astray and Kimber House are searching for the paperwork.
So if anyone has sent requests to the MGCC in the last month or so, it would be worth checking that they have it.
Hopefully the MGCC will soon let me know the new contact for these DVLA applications.
Mark Baulch (known to mnany of us though his involvement at MGCC race meetings) is now the MGCC Comp Secretary. It's unclear at this stage whether he will be taking on John H's DVLA duties. We are seeking clarification!
