It might be worth contacting the chap who runs this blog - he's the Local Studies Librarian at Kensington Central Library. The actual site of what was University Motors appears to have been at the corner of Cheyne Walk and Milmans Street.

The building at 105 Cheyne Walk in the photo I posted on the previous page is indeed on the corner of Milman's Street
