Does anyone out there know if the aluminium body mounting castings on a PA were painted or left as plain aluminium? Also,were the associated steel brackets painted black or the colour of the body? I think mine have probably been oversprayed red.
I am not able to give a definitive answer but I have always thought that the aluminium castings were unpainted and that the steel brackets were painted black not body colour.
