I have finally finished my version of a PB side screen, the idea being a recreation of an original one, as you are aware after 84 years Trimmers and owners have made their own versions.
If you have any observations or suggestions I would appreciate them.

Ian, i had no example and made it along the drawings an photos i have. I had seen this point too late. It was not any other thougt in this.

I do like how Horst moved the wing screw to the peak of the door at the front. Did that stiffened up the side screen when in place Horst? My side screens are the same as David's and Colin's. Aluminum rivets hold the 1/2 round bars to the frame.

Bruce, there was no plan to improve anything from your drawing. When i see dade's sidescreens and my, i can also not seen a difference. On the other side you will see the process.. I have one friend with CAD experience, one other how can organize the laser cut. From this point of view it is exact one chance to make it. As i answered Ian, i do not have any example for a check.
I am happy with the result and that is what is important for me.

Russ, wonderful to see PB0333 making progress, such a change from when she stood in Frankie Blacklock’s scrapyard in the 70s the day I acquired her and you took on such a huge rebuild project. All best.
