Dear All
I am looking for original, historic photos of my Parnell-MG K3 (K3009).
If you have original photos, reports or other things and would like to sell it, I am a very grateful buyer. Thank you so much.
Greetings,
Roland

Dear Roland

Thanks for the posting. Do we have your permission, please, to add this River (Thames?) side picture to our Register's database record for your car?

Hi Dick

Yes, I am very happy if you add it to the Register's database record.
And another photo maybe from the same race?

But my main concern is to find original photos of my Parnell-MG K3009 !!!

Greetings,
Roland

Not riverside, Dick, but seaside. Brighton Speed Trials 3rd September 1949. J H Webb driving. Best time 35.20 seconds.

Roland I have a couple of photos of your car with our R-Type in about 1949 in Northern Ireland. I just need to check with Dad how we came across them but if all OK then will scan and send. Nothing exceptional shotwise. Distance only. Testing at the airfield. Described as cars as arrived from UK haha.

Dear Chris
Many thanks for getting in touch.
My Parnell-MG took part in the UAC Ulster Trophy Dundrod handicap race in Northern Ireland on August 12, 1950 with John Webb at the wheel. With race number 26.
Maybe the photos are from there?
Super if you could email me scans of them. Thank you very much.
Best regards
Roland

Hi Roland, definitely not race photos. These are testing photos. You car, RA0259 and a blown Bentley. I believe from Geoff McRae's personal photo album (owner of RA0259 at the time).

Dear Chris
If you have the opportunity to do so, please email me the photo as a scan.
I wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a successful New Year. Stay healthy.
Best regards
Roland
