Lovely picture in The Telegraph this morning of (Double 12?) Brooklands M-Type being polished on the banking at Brooklands by Andrew Lewis, the Brooklands Collections Manager (page 36 of online edition). Unfortunately the paper has captioned it as a 1931 T-Type..... Oh dear!

It even refers to it as an MG not an M.G. as it should. Thanks for that Dick I wasn't sure if it was a Replica or a replica Replica.

But a very nice car none the less & correct down to the wheels (though Mr Lewis appears to be wearing jeans with that "period look"....)

Regarding the wheels, some factory photos show standard M rims, so I guess either is correct.
