Your lever appears very similar to the lever on my car. I got it from Peter Gregory so don’t know if it is original. Gerhard’‘s lever has an original look about it to me.

I suspect Gerhard's lever is original as it is cast and the others are machined. I might try to make a machined copy. Thanks for the drawings.
