Has anyone had recent contact with this company? I placed an order with them back in mid-July, which they acknowledged. But since then I have had no response from them to numerous emails. My phone calls also go unanswered.

People on other forums have reported having trouble contacting them too, though some say they are receiving the goods eventually.
