Perhaps the registrar can inform the owner of L0345 that the original chassis plate of the car is up for sale on pwc

Well spotted Onno.

Earlier this year I was contacted by the person who owns the Guarantee plate for L0345 and was hoping to be able to sell it to the current owner Adrian Cole.

I did send an email to the address on the file but sadly this was not delivered. Does anyone know Adrian?
