Does anyone know of a supplier for the flat end .250" X .875" cylindrical roller bearings for the constant mesh third gears? Before I make them from 60 Rockwell roll pins, I thought I would ask.. Many thanks in advance, Chris |

Sports & Vintage Motors had these in stock a few months ago, and might have a few left. I had 100 made specially for me by The Old Bearing Company and therefore they might be an alternative source, although I bought mine 10 years ago.
Good luck with your search.

Chris, Have you tried Berliss Bearings here in the states (New Jersey as I remember)? I used to order caged roller bearings from them. They closed for a while, but are not back in business.

Thank you both Colin and Lew. I ordered the rollers from S & V without success. It is now surprising how many items that were available for such a long time are now not offered. I will contact Berliss Bearings to see if they can help. Best for a great weekend, Chris |

Fat fingers. Should have read "They closed for a while, but are NOW back in business." What a difference one letter makes.
