We apologise for the short notice, but the committee had decided that in light of the sad demise of HM Queen Elizabeth II, some might consider it disrespectful if we were to hold our AGM as planned this Sunday the 11th of September.
The meeting is therefore to be adjourned until Sunday the 9th October at 8pm UK time, on Zoom. A quorum of Members will meet on Zoom at the appointed time at 8 pm UK time this Sunday to pass a formal motion to adjourn the AGM. No other AGM business will be conducted this Sunday.
Voting forms already submitted for the original meeting will be valid for the adjourned unless Members wish to withdraw or change their stated voting intention. Additional voting for the adjourned meeting will be welcomed up to and including the 7th of October.
The committee will continue to supply updates via the Forum and through other Register channels. In the meantime please contact Dick Morbey if you have any questions or comments.

Just to advise Members that a quorum of Members at today's AGM agreed to adjourn it to Sunday the 9th of October at 8 pm UK time. Hello folks,
Time is ticking by and this is just a reminder to MGCC Members that our Register's AGM, which was adjourned from 11th of September will resume on Zoom at 8:00 PM on Sunday the 9th of October.
All meeting paperwork remains as before, but there is plenty of time for you to submit:
- nominations to join the committee
- your Member voting form for the meeting
- any questions which you wish to put before the meeting
This primarily a meeting for Register Members, (i.e. MGCC members who own a Triple-M car). Others are welcome as guests of the committee.

This is a reminder that the Register's resumed 2022 AGM takes place on Zoom this coming Sunday, October the 9th at 8:00 PM UK time.

Members of the Triple-M Register - that is to say MGCC members who own a Triple-M car - are entitled to submit voting papers and participate in the meeting and we hope that many of you will wish to do so. Votes can be submitted up to and including Friday the 7th
We'd like the meeting to be an inclusive one so even if you're not (yet) an MGCC member, do please come along as our guest and introduce yourself.
