I was given recently a copy of the September 2022 "Steam Railway" magazine. in the centre is a big colour spread of the mid Welsh Corris Railway narrow gauge train alongside a country lane with the J2, UG 7155 prominently to the fore, a very good picture. My MMM register (from 2005) doesn't record this - UG 7144, but not 7155. The magazine article photo caption makes no mention of the car! Looks a good one in 2-tone blue with a rather curious non standard front apron. I'm sure this is by now on record? Simon C.
Thanks, John, and just to continue the J2 omnipresence, this morning I saw in our local charity shop window a huge colour print depicting MG 1865 (J 2033) with a steam locomotive in the background. I wonder why Triple M's seem to be seen to belong to the steam era? Still, nice picture though. Simon C.
