Is Steve still extant?

The land line phone is always off the hook and he doesn't reply to emails.

Any thoughts on how to make contact with him?

Very much with us still doing great work. He is away for the month of May and as he now works solo pretty picky about what he can take on with very long lead times

I have just heard from Steve Gilbert who tells me that although he has been away (we all need a break occasionally), he does have metal parts in stock for immediate delivery (apron, fuel tank, wings etc.).
Depending upon what you want him to make and the amount of other work he has on, it may take him some time to complete your job. A complete body tub typically takes around 12 months to complete.
So give him a call if you have need of his services.
