Pete, I have been with RH classic car insurance for many years, indeed some years ago I transfered my moderns to their policy too. I have never had to claim but they have always seemed efficient and straightforward and having just got this years renewal I find the same level of insurance on the same cars has gone down by £350. They also provide European wide roadside cover included automatically. I have no relationship with them apart from being a satisfied customer. Keith |

Hagerty for me. The premium similarly went up about 10% but still good value at around £200 for the J2 and the trailer, both occasionally kept in the car parking area of our apartment - no garaging overnight it such circumstances.

We have the PA and the MGB one one policy with Footman James, about £270.00 a nominal increase from last year.

Renewal for my every day modern car arrived today from LV and they are quoting a 47 per cent increase above last year's premium. Nothing has changed from last year.

Hagerty. Also, if you have several. Ehicles then they will offer you a collectors discount. Hagerty’s premiums are highly competitive, they are so easy to deal with and, it allows other Hagerty’s policy holders an opportunity to use your cars and you use theirs, subject to owner’s consent of course!
Hagerty are also looking at ways to allow younger enthusiasts to be insured. My son was insured when he was below the 25 year age threshold.

RH allow you to keep the salvage in the event of a total loss. However you are not insured for reliability trials. |

Second vote for Hagerty! Not only are their rates far less than the other US competition, but they support the NAMMMR every year with member shirts with the event logo, and other regalia.
