I note Graham's first attempt did not succeed.

I have had a similar experience with the photo of the clutch plate. I loaded it onto to Flickr and then immediately posted to the discussion forum. I wonder if a short period of time has to elapse before a photo can be transferred from Flickr?

Info. for all about photos.
If you delete a photo FROM your Flickr account, then it will no longer show in your original forum posting.

Common sense really as the photo URL (Uniform Resource Locator) saved in your Flickr account must continue to be held/saved for the forum posting to be able to access it.

I think you need IMG] on the end of that last posting (with no break) and pic should appear.

Apologies for bringing this posting up again, but I did something to my Flickr photos sets which made my original photos disappear - and in re-pasting them the 'edit' brings them back to the fore.

I suspect all of us have yet to learn the foibles of Flickr!
