I have been sent photos of the early stepped cap, but the photo of a more common late style cap (the underside details) is proving illusive. anyone can kindly take a quick photo and email it then this would be VERY MUCH appreciated! The original posting is set out below;
I would be most grateful if someone who has an ORIGINAL late style (not repro) cap could make contact with me as I have a technical question to ask. The late style is the more common one which is not stepped.
