Satisfying after 6 years slow progress to run the car, achieve good oil pressure, without drama and drive under its own steam (albeit 200yards). Only a few items to attend now before MOT. I have put a couple of pictures up below.

Hi Tom, looking good. I am intrigued by the "bulge". What is under the bonnet? - off side-- Regards Richard

The bonnet bulge is a mystery to me too, but usually provokes the same question! There is in fact nothing under it, but as this was the bonnet we aquired with the car it was decided to retain it as a 'point of interest'...

Hi Tom,
The car looks brilliant! Just the encouragement I needed to get started on my own one.
Thanks,

The headlight brackets and wings suggest 12/12...is it?

Cheers,
Graham

It is a standard M, but being rebuilt as a 12/12 replica.

The engine is to 12/12 spec (camshaft and timing), we have the correct downdraught carb / inlet manifold and exhaust manifold ready and waiting but have decided that can come further down the line, and to set up with exisiting system initially.
