For information, some may not know that you can copy photos off forum postings by 'right clicking' then save the photo to your own PC. I find this much more convenient to store forum photos where I can access them much more readily directly from my own PC.
To annotate photos or sketches I import the item to MSPowerPoint and use its editing facilities, then save as a .jpg file to reduce the file size. Once I've done this I re-open in MSPictureManager where you can do some final editing, particularly cropping to get just the area you want, enhancing text legibility, and photo colour/brightness/contrast, then save the 'finished article'.
I thought this might help a few others.
