We are required by the MGCC to have a link to a page of disclaimers on every page of the website. I have added a new menu item on our own pages called 'Policy' but have as yet to add one to these forum pages. An easy way for me to do that would be to use the link 'Active Topics' that is already at the top of each page. Do any of you regularly use this link (in which case I will not highjack it)? Nick

Thanks for asking Nick and for looking after this excellent website for us.
Although I look at the forum each time I go to the internet (it's my home page) I hardly ever use the Active Topic area. |

Nick, like Bob I've never used the "Active Topics" link, so it's no problem if you change this to 'Policy'.

Hi Nick,
I must say I've never really noticed "Active Topics" & certainly never used it. I rely on the pink & yellow folder icons. Many thanks for all your hard work.
Cheers,

Same for me, don't use the active topic link and echo the sentiments of the others regarding your hard work. |

I don't mean to be a spoil-sportm but I ALWAYS us Active Topics. It's a quick and easy way for me to see what has changed or been added since my last visit. Saves tons of time as I don't have to sort through everything on the site just to find the new stuff.

No problem Lew, that is what I wanted to know. I will shutdown the site this evening my time (early hours of the morning UK) and see if I can add an item to that menu. Nick

I,too, always use Active Topics. As Lew says, it saves a lot of time searching through all the other sites. Hope we don't loose it. Ray. |
