Someone has hacked into my email and sent loads of emails to my contacts don't open the attachments in my email if you have one. I have changed my password sorry about this Greg
Hi Greg, i have one of these mails received and seen it is not from your hands. Your Mail-Account is occupied. Another people say to me, it need a new email-adress and delete the old one. I had a similar mail from Roby in Belgium 3 weeks ago.
Other things that help against spam are religiously to delete all existing addresses on any email you forward, and always to blind carbon copy when sending one email to multiple addresses.
Hi Rich and all, it is not always so easy and not all the viruses or trojans come over emails. Yesterday i had a serious internet site connected ( a gasket manufacturer)for a phone number and received a virus over (or outside from) my professional virus protection program!! The best way is -also for us privates- to make weekly backups on a separate disk, regularly scans over the computer with a virus checker, but i self do it also not so consequent as it needet....
