Has anyone got a spare float chamber body. I have a top fed float chamber fitted to my M Type's bronze bodied carb. Unfortunately it has the outlet "stub" exiting the chamber about 1/2" up from the bottom. I've now got the fuel hight and mixture sorted but to do this I have had to bend the fork so far up that it sometimes binds on the fuel valve plunger and the carb floods. What I need is a chamber with the outlet at the bottom which in effect raises the lid, and thus the fork. I attach a photo of my chamber and one from the late Duncan Laings car to show the diference. I only need the body.
