This, as someone else's recent post, is merely for my own curiosity.
In 1968 I was living in The Old Bell at Stansted & a number of crew from Channel Airways (remember them?) used to use the pub. Among them was a hostess of whom I remember nothing (really!) except that she had an NA 2 seater in ivory, which she christened "Annabel". In the autumn she announced that the car was for sale & she was looking for £180. Having nothing like that, I offered her £100 & was inevitably rebuffed; "My Annabel is worth much more than £100".
I think the car was eventually bought by one of Channel's training captains, Derek something or other & although I realise it's a long shot, I wonder if this rings a bell with any current NA owner?
Is she still alive; the car that is.
