With the restoration project of the MG L2 came a few of the original aluminium strips still containing the rubber inserts . These ribbed inserts look much better, in our opinion, than the smooth material now supplied .
We found a company who is willing to reproduce an exact copy of this material.
For an L1 and L2 approx. 3,50 meters is required. For a N-type slightly more. The estimated cost is approx. £ 30 -£35 per car
The price depends on the total quantity of material ordered from the company.
