Hi All,
Just wondered if anyone fancied arranging a time and place to have a Triple M meet up at Silverstone on the Sat. Or is there something planned?
Maybe one of the garages housing the MGs? I m assuming, Fosse, Fred, Hamish, Oli, Andrew H will be performing?
I have a friend who is picking up his newly purchased P Type on the day and I d like to introduce him to a few friendly faces.

Mark, Garages ! The VSCC meeting is a two day event, and the Sunday meeting is being televised live on "Sky" Motors TV.

Mark . I think you will find the garages are occupied by the 'beautiful people' ! I have entered the High Speed Trial on the Saturday ( before lunch ) and the Set 3 race on the Sunday . I know Fozzie is entered in Set 3 on both days . Hamish is not yet ready . Neither is Oliver , but I have offered to share my car with him , but dont know his response yet . As for others , I dont know . I am sure we will meet up somewhere .Fred |

I don't think you or I qualify for a garage in that case Fred ! I'm down for set 3 on both days in the J.

Hi Mark
The best place to meet is in the car park dedicated to the pre-war cars, you need to be there fairly early as it fills up quickly. we could meet there at say 1pm?
I look forward to meering your friend who will no doubt be using his recently purchased ex Mike Pancheri white Centric blown PA.

I've entered the set 3 races on both days.
David, is the J avec or sans supercharger? |

All sounds good look forward to seeing you all.
Yup James is picking the PA up from Mike on Sat.
Shame mine is not working, still waiting dynamo to be returned. Although we might be in the Old mans latest PA restoration.

1 pm on Saturday seems a good time to meet up. However we need to clarify whether we meet in the pre-war car park or in the paddock? Perhaps the paddock would be the most convenient for those who are competing. Either way, it would be preferable that we all aim for the same location

I have been given a 'pass' to attend on Saturday, so hope to catch up with all and sundry at some point - wherever that may be!

Great day out on Sat, well done to all those competing.
My highlight was Mike Painters demolition of the rest of the grid in race 1 to open events!
Great to see so many of you out and about. Very inspiring, so a few track days for me this yr and I expect to be on the grid April 2014.
James ( collected his PA from Mike P) successfully negotiated his way around the M25 and through London. A fair challenge for a first ever drive in a vintage car (4.5hrs)! Big grins all round, expect to see him out in action later in the summer.
If anyone has any tales or Photos please let me know direct to mdjdolton@gmail.com as my write up for the bulletin is underway!

Hi Tony
Pleased to note your friend James got home safely in the PA.
I watched as he drove tentatively.out of the VSCC car park, the very first drive in a Triple-M car. Mike Pancheri could not bear to watch his old car driven away.

James was exceptionally nervous! I think his greatest achievement was successfully negotiating the exit of the car park!!!
Sorry I missed you George
Thanks
