Valve in the centre [well] of the rim, is the original MMM design.
Don't know exactly when rims with offset valve holes appeared - I wonder if was with the introduction of the TA.
Anybody know the answer to that?

Some factory publicity pictures of L2's, K and N types show offset/angled valves.

Hi Tony,
my L2 has 4 wheels with offset/angeled valves and one with
a center valve.

Another thought !
I have never come across an 18" N-type wheel with anything other than offset valve holes.
So, maybe the change from centre to offset came some time late in MMM production.

Js had a centre valve stem and L types an off side one. Or?
