Although there were many early dissenters ( mainly pistonheads.com ) I am pleased to report that the event went off very well in spite of a severe hail storm around midday. The organisation was very slick and there were 126 varied entries including 9 MMM cars and a Tigress.
The spectators car park appeared to be very full despite the weather,so hopefully this charitable event showed a good profit. Perhaps the paddock will not be on a stubble field next time !!

A very good event in spite of the downpour. Let's hope it is run again next year.
