An elderly friend of mine who knows that I'm interested in MG's has asked me to try and sell the badge you see below on his behalf. I'm trying to establish which model it is from so I can advertise it for him. He is nearly 90 years old and has had this badge for many years. I'm 99% sure it's not a reproduction. It measures 53mm across and is made from either brass or bronze. It has quite heavy brown and yellowy cream enamel. There is no makers name on the rear. The thread protrudes approximately 25mm. It is in perfect condition. Any idea which model it is from? Any guidance greatly appreciated.
Many thanks, Ian.

I think it is a radiator/front apron badge as fitted to our Triple-M cars, also suitable as a radiator badge on T types.

The badge has now been sold and is going on a nice unrestored P type which is great. My friend will be delighted it's going to good use.
