We held our Register AGM at The Ship Hotel, Weyridge, yesterday afternoon followed by the dinner in the evening.
The attendance at the AGM must be one of the best ever with 25 people signing the Attendance List. MGCC Director George Wilder, who represents the interests of the Register on the Board, was also in attendance. I will be doing my usual Secretary's Bulletin report but I can advise that Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer were unanimously re-elected, and that Mike Linward and Elizabeth Taylor were re-elected and Jeremy Hawke, who had been co-opted as Safety Fast Scribe, was also elected. The voting was again unanimous.
D Morbey announced that regrettably after 4 successful years in the role our Registrar Robin Hamblett has decided to stand down due to family and job commitments.
