I am trying to establish any news, history...and if possible the whereabouts of an MG TA, which was registered BRY 18, in England. It was painted red at one point (perhaps always red). If anybody knows anything about this car, please would you be so kind as to share that information with me? With thanks in advance and best regards

Hello Gideon,
BRY 18 was a 1937 TA, first registered by Leicester County Borough Council in that year.
The car (or rather a TA bearing this registration mark) is not known.
It might have been scr@pped (I hope not!)
It might still be 'asleep' in a barn somewhere
It might have been exported
I guess you don't know the chassis number, otherwise you would have quoted it.

George and John, Thank you both very much for your contributions. I do appreciate your having taken the time to write. I similarly hope that the car has not been scr@pped, for it was alive and well in the late 60's, early 70's (I believe). Alas, I don't know the chassis number, but shall not give up on my search. Of course, if anybody else has any further information / advice, I would still be most grateful. With thanks again and best regards, Gideon
