HI, I am also looking for 2 good stub axles if you know of any going?

James, 80 year old ones have been known to break. As Sports & Vintage have made new ones I would be inclined to see if they have any left.

I can supply new stub axle inserts to install in the old steering knuckle. Many repaired steering knuckles in service for J2, PA, NA, TA and TC cars. Old steering knuckle is bored out to remove stub axle area and new stub axle pressed into the knuckle with an interference fit. Inserts are $60.00 US$ each, right or left side.
