It has come to my notice via the UKTA that there is an e-petition on the government site EPETITIONS.DIRECT.GOV.UK headed-
Introduce mandatory noise complaint waiver for anyone who buys or rents a property close to a motor sport venue.
We all know of examples where perfectly good motor sport venues in the middle of nowhere have found themselves encroached upon by builders and others such that there is a subsequent outcry by residents about the noise with limitations or worse being placed on the venues owners and events organisers.
This petition is aimed at this situation so if we want to hear our glorious engines and others on full song please sign up.
