I think this maybe the same car that was advertised for some time on the www.prewarcar.com web site. My old PB 4 seater, chassis PB0631, was advertised at the same time and I believe is now back in the UK
The F2 certainly looks to be in nice original condition.
That barn find in France, as advertised by Artcurial, is amazing! The cars are to be auctioned at the Retromobile show in Paris.
The whole catalogue is well worth a look. The barn-find collection has at least three contenders for the title of 'World's Ugliest Car' (before the Nissan Juke, that is.)
Car is an F1 as clarly indicated by its chassis number. The factory then produced the F2 which had the modified water manifold and 12" brakes and four seater bodies open and closed.......for about 3 weeks....then they fitted a 2 seater body and called that the F2 and the 4 seaters the F3. Some of this confusion occures in the sales brochures where F2 is used in conjunction with the 4 seater spec.... also the F2 and F3 chassis numbers are mixed rather than in sequence and all are just stamped F 1xxx. 2 seater cars can be identified by different drillings on the chassis as per cycle wing J2. Nice to be pendantic or just grumpy old mmman. Foz
