The Triple-M Register will have a stand in Hall 3 at Stoneleigh on Sunday 1st March.

As last year we will have library items for sale and two cars on display.

We are delighted to say that Tom Hardman has very generously agreed to display on our site the very historic ex Bellevue (spelling change) Garages monoposto N special. This car has a fantastic history including beating the ERAs at a VSCC sprint meeting last year. The car is "a must see" and is currently advertised for sale - see the link

http://tomhardman.co.uk/pre-war-cars.php

Last year our stand was a popular meeting point, it was great to see everyone and we also enjoyed good sales of the library items.

We look forward to seeing you all on 1st March.

I hear on my grapevine that it would be useful for people needing new brass rad shells for M, J, P or T models to drop by Stall 366b where a maker called Tony Wilder will have items on display. This is a private initiative and prices look very reasonable ....

Also worth paying a visit to Martyn Lister's stand (situated near to the Octagon Car Club stand in Hall 2) where there are a number of MMM second hand items such as a couple of six-cylinder blocks, a rear housing for a K, front housing (K or L) L head, N rocker cover, K rocker cover, P g'box housing, J water manifolds, J input shaft.

Martyn Lister is in Hall 1 (not Hall 2) as is the Octagon Car Club. Stall number is 298B.

Dick, I think your grapevine is a little withered.
Tony Wilder does not make radiator shells, brass or otherwise, for MMM or any other cars.
He is, however, a super wizz at fettling up your old radiator cores.

Re- Chris Blood's comment "its sad to say but by the time we get into the show at 9:30 I suspect all this will have gone!" I'm tempted to add "and could possibly resurface on someone else's stall with a bit of a mark-up".

But fret not, Chris - I'm reliably informed that the items will be there for inspection until at least 10.00am and it's unlikely that anything will be sold much before 10.30am.

That's fine Dick.
But my information came from Tony Wilder, himself, when I spoke to him a couple of days ago.
I can call him again to make doubly sure of what he said - if you wish

I have a ticket for Sunday which I no longer need as stallholders get a trade pass.

Available FOC to the first to ask - you can buy me a drink if you like!
