if Andy does not mind can someone put a notice on his stall that the meeting will be at the Register stand?....at least people look at his "stuff" and should see it....and we will not be in the narrow corridor section between the halls.

Ok Ray, I will go to the triple M stand but, I hope the few I have made arraignments with also can confirm that they will do the same.
I don't really want to start running around trying to find people.

Just catching up with this thread .... yes indeed, let's agree that we will meet at the Register stand #13 in Hall 3 at 12 noon.
And for the avoidance of doubt, do please remember to visit ALL of the Triple-M suppliers' stalls at some point during the day!

George Eagle is looking for volunteers to help man the Register stand on Sunday. So far he only has four volunteers of which two are other committee members, which leaves him a bit thin on the ground. I'm not sure how many members are visiting Stoneleigh but there must be some who are willing to offer help for just one hour.
A great opportunity to give a little back to the Register which provides you with fantastic support in your hobby. All you need to do is chat "Triple-M" for an hour. Can't be too difficult can it?

We are all set for the show with a selection of library stock and two cars.
One thing we are short of is volunteers to help to man our stand in Hall 13 - is anyone prepared to help with a hour of duty?

We enjoyed a good day at Stoneleigh yesterday with many visitors and many familiar faces! It was also nice to meet new people including Simon Johnston who flew over from Ireland for the day.
I would like to thank those who kindly volunteered to assist with the stand duties, and also Tom Hardman who kindly lent us the ex Bellevue N monoposto special. The car certainly attracted a lot of interest and hopefully a buyer!
It is a pity there were problems with car parking, I spoke to some folk who had to queue for 45 minutes and more.
