I have heard from Jim Lott, Chairman of the MGCC South West Centre that a Wessex Sprint is being organised by the Bristol Pegasus and Bristol Car Clubs and the MG Car Club (South West Centre) at Hullavington Airfield, near Chippenham, Wiltshire on the Bank Holiday Monday, 25th May 2015.
The organisers are preparing the draft SR’s and wondered if there would be any interest from Triple-M members. If you are interested in taking part, could you let me know via this topic and I will pass the information on to the South West Centre. It's rather short notice but they only found out that they could have the airfield just over a week ago. A meeting of the interested parties is taking place on Thursday 26th Feb and it would be good if you could reply before then. Please do not send me an e-mail reply via this forum as most of them do not seem to get through, just add your name to this topic.
Another unfortunate clash of dates. The Sevenoaks and District MC Sprint at Crystal Palace is on the 24th and 25th May. Always a fine entry of interesting cars, on part of the pre-war racing circuit.
