I am looking for (4) oilers for the bulkhead (brass plate) and some oil feed plugs. I do not intend to connect complete system-- probably single feeds. I have BSF zerk fittings. Please advise if you know of source or alternative (brass union nut and grease nipple. thanks- Glenn Brazil PA-1466.

Actually Barry Walker has it in catalog, but no longer has it in stock.

Are the oil fittings 3/16 or 1/4" BSF? I have found some bulkhead units. Anyone with used feeder plugs or has made feeder plug. Is the brass tube 5/32" or 3/16"? Your help is appreciated. thanks- Glenn Brazil

The brass tubing is thick wall 5/32" OD. I have some extra, Glenn. Or I can tell you where to order some on this side of the pond.

I purchased from Sport & Vintage. Their parts list gives the tubing as 5/32" (50 feet, and also the gives the pipe lengths required). I don't have an up to date price list.

When I did my PB and PA, I found that it was more efficient to use 6 foot lengths. There was less waste as you often can get one long and one short out of a 6 foot piece, so I bought 10 6 foot lengths.

thanks Lew. I did not order a thick wall brass tubing. The cut short pieces that were attached to my brass plates was not thick wall. There is not much pressure, so I think the thinner wall will work. If I order more, I will get thick wall. I am connecting (part) mainly for looks. I have found some single feed tubes that just screw in. I have written Mike for info.- I would like to use a banjo fitting at the (4) trunions and I am not sure what I need to do this.

Glenn,
The problem with thin wall tubing is getting it to bend cleanly without collapsing. Yes, you can use heat to anneal it before bending, but then there is the danger of melting the brass.
Again, I have several lengths (6 foot) of 5/32" thick wall stuff.
