Has anyone got a spare door striker plate knocking around in their parts bin to sell. I am missing one for my PA.

These are the same as a TA, TB, or TC (not TD). So that might help widen your search.

Fred, while it may take a while (read a week or two!) to find them, somewhere I have NOS, not the whole thing, but the parts which screw onto the body; you'd need to find the actual strikers.

Thanks Lew, you are absolutely correct. I had them on my ex 47 TC.
Chris Leydon has also pointed this out and, the larger square ended ones were fitted to later MG's like the ones on my ex TD.

Allen the other ones are not correct,I have just one silent travel and I think it's taken.the other is a moss motor.

| I have a spare striker plate taken from my TC. It has a hairline crack that goes about half way across just above the Silentravel square. Usable but by no means perfect. Free for the price of postage if anyone is still in need. Mike |
