Has anyone got an old Lucas pencil type rear number plate light that they do not need. Does not matter if it is not of legal size or needs refurbishing as long as it is sound with a good glass.
Another option is to use one of the modern repros of the Lucas MT 211 tail light which is very similar to the TF201A. They cost less than twenty quid on fleaBay and look pretty good I reckon.

I think this definitely falls into the category of 'men on galloping horses', etc. MT211 at the bottom, TF201A on top. The MT211 looks to be slightly shorter, but otherwise pretty near identical.
